Jason Rodrigues

Jason is a UI/UX Designer interested in creating modern and engaging digital experiences. He enjoys figuring out how people move through a product, what could be made simpler and how small design changes can improve the way it works. What he enjoys most is creating experiences that feel simple, intuitive and useful.

His interest in UI/UX grew from front-end development. During college, he often started building projects before giving much thought to the design process. Over time, design changes and revisions showed him how much smoother development could be when the experience was thought through first.

That led him towards UI/UX, where he could combine creativity with thinking about the user, the product and how different design decisions affect the experience.

Jason also has an interest in cybersecurity and networking, which has shaped the way he looks at design. He tends to notice gaps in user journeys and think about how usability, security and structure work together.

He completed his MCA at NMIT in 2024, securing a Top 10 rank. His technical background also helps him understand how design decisions may translate into development.

He enjoys learning through real projects, feedback and working with others, especially when different ideas lead to a better solution.

Outside of design, Jason enjoys calligraphy, horror movies, anime and music. He also occasionally performs at events by playing musical instruments.
